Birla Trimaya Phase 4 Project Schedule Plan 2026 Update

As of 2026, Birla Trimaya Phase 4 has received RERA approval (PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/290126/008436), and the EOI phase has started. The construction work will begin with the Sub-Structure and foundation work in late 2026. After that, the Super-Structure work of the G+14 towers will continue from 2027 to 2029.

The Finishing Works will be done between 2030 and 2031. At the same time, Internal Infrastructure work, like plumbing, wiring, and basic systems, will be completed. External Infrastructure such as power supply and sewage systems, will also be finished during this period. The amenities in the 52-acre township, including the 2.5-acre man-made lake and the 60,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, are planned to be ready before the final possession in December 2031.

Birla Trimaya Phase 4 Project Schedule Plan and Timeline 2026

The Project Schedule Plan 2026 of Birla Trimaya Phase 4 has started after RERA approval. First, the foundation work will begin. Then the main towers will be built by 2029. After that, finishing work and basic facilities like roads and power will be completed. All amenities, including the lake, will be ready before possession in December 2031.

Sub-Structure Work

The Sub-Structure Work, also called the Foundation Stage, is the most important part of the Birla Trimaya Phase 4 project. This stage includes all the work done below the ground to make the towers strong and stable. As per the project schedule plan, below are the main foundation and groundwork details:

Super-Structure Work

After the foundation work is over, Super-Structure Work starts. The main towers are built above the ground. Work includes building the structure, putting up walls, and setting up water and electrical lines. Below are the tower construction details as per the project schedule plan:

Finishing Works (Fittings and Fixtures Installation)

Finishing Works is the final stage of the project. In this stage, electrical work, water and bathroom fittings, painting, fire safety systems, cabinets, and outside work are completed. All these works will be finished before possession in December 2031, so the homes will be ready to move in. As per the Birla Trimaya Phase 4 Project Schedule Plan, below are the finishing work details:

Internal Infrastructure Development

Internal Infrastructure work includes setting up the main systems inside the buildings. From October 2029 to May 2031, water supply, sewage and drainage work will be done. From August 2030 to October 2031, fire safety systems will be installed to keep the buildings safe. In the last stage, from January 2031 to 15 December 2031, rainwater harvesting, power management, waste management, and emergency exit systems will be completed. All these works will be finished before the project's completion in December 2031.

External Infrastructure Development

Building the External Infrastructure at Birla Trimaya Phase 4 includes all the work done outside the buildings. Between 31 January 2031 and 1 December 2031, the project will be done, making the internal roads, footpaths, and street lights. During this same time, the team will set up the electricity substation, sewage treatment plant (STP), and stormwater drains. They will also do the parks, tree planting, rainwater harvesting, and fire safety systems. All these outside works will be ready by the final deadline in December 2031.

Amenities Development

Amenity construction will take place from 31 January 2031 to 15 December 2031. The project will have spaces for fun, health, and daily activities. There will be a huge outdoor sports area of 3,555 sq m and a clubhouse of 1,996.77 sq m for meetings and gatherings. For fitness, there will be an indoor sports area of 637 sq m, a swimming pool of 490 sq m, and a gym of 190 sq m. For daily use, separate spaces are given for water and sanitation (1,164 sq mt), electric supply (256.89 sq mt), and power backup (240 sq mt). The project also offers parks, security cameras, and piped gas for safe and comfortable living.
